These special techniques can help you to better master your breath control methods, although some of these techniques are for those more experienced people. Here are some of the most used techniques, like the Million Dollar Point and Squeeze Method, and how to properly do them.

The Million Dollar Point

The ‘Million Dollar Point’ is one of the more controversial techniques, as there is no real point or button on your perineum that can be depressed to instantly create a certain reaction. This name was given to this technique because an ancient Chinese emperor paid a Taoist master a million dollars to show him this spot on the body so they could savor multiple orgasms. That said, many Taoist gurus today say that pressing this part of the body can also do undue damage to internal organs, and cause either propelled or very delayed gratification. Reed states, “In addition to constricting the anal sphincter, he suggests pressing the Confluence of Yin, a vital point located midway between the anus and the scrotum.”

To try the ‘Million Dollar Spot’ technique, take your index and middle fingers on your left hand and press them at the mid-point between your anus and your scrotum. If done with the correct pressure with deep, slow breathing, then the semen should not be lost. When pushing in the correct spot, there should be an indentation when your finger pushes in up to your first knuckle. Many men report that depressing this place during sexual activity or stimulation decreases their erectile sensitivity, thusly prolonging their erection and duration for the sexual act.

Direct Instructions for the Million Dollar Point

  • When you feel that ejaculation is inevitable, press the three middle fingers of your dominant hand into the Million-Dollar Point just hard enough to stop the flow of semen.
  • Your fingers should be curved slightly, and your middle finger should push directly against the urethral tube. This tube expands when you are near ejaculation, so it should be easy to find. Your other two fingers should press on each side of the tube to hold it in place.
  • Contract your pc muscle, which encircles the prostate, and pull up your perineum. Draw the orgasmic energy up to the spine and to your brain.
  • Hold your fingers in place before, during, and after the contractions.
  • When the pumping has stopped completely, remove your fingers.

The Squeeze Method

This method is used by many men to “come lightly” or lessen the intensity of their orgasm. Some men believe that by squeezing the tip, this prevents the ejaculate from happening. This is not true. This method simply prevents the bursts of ejaculate from exiting the penis. After you release the squeeze, if you have had an orgasm, ejaculate will thusly drip out.

That said, squeezing the penis can be beneficial in reducing sensation during a sexual act or lovemaking. By placing the first two fingers of either hand on the underside of your penis, place your thumb on the top, and squeeze.

Combining this method while performing with your partner, or alone, can help you to gain the ground to continue, meeting pleasure as many times as you see fit.

Scrotal Tugging

This method of control is not complicated and one that is practiced very frequently by singles and couples worldwide. The human body is designed to raise the testicles to the body when it becomes ready to push the semen out of the testes, so pulling them away from the body can help to delay ejaculation and the natural body response.

Some men enjoy this technique very much, while others do not. This can be done with varying grasps, different pressures, and mixed with other techniques or methods all together. Tugging can be done gently or with force, depending on the likes of the man.

Microcosmic Orbit

Some techniques, like the microcosmic orbit are often classified as strange and metaphysical, but really, they are simply breathing and visualization exercises. Reed states that, “you must learn to draw your sexual energy out of your genitals and to circulate it through the rest of your body to truly master the Taoist techniques for experiencing multiple and whole-body orgasms and for improving your health.” More than any mechanical technique, this secret of ceasing your ejaculation is learning to push your sexual energy elsewhere throughout your body and away from your genitals.

Practicing this microcosmic orbit before beginning work on ‘the Big Draw’ is beneficial, as there are many more steps and focus involved.

The Big Draw

This method works when you are extremely aroused- as in hard as a rock, or ready to “blow your load.” The Big Draw occurs when ejaculation happens if there is enough energy in the local nerves and enough blood in the local muscles to trigger the muscle spasm. There is nothing tricky about this method, as when you squeeze the pc and pelvic muscles around the sperm ducts then pump the muscles in the buttocks. These big muscles draw blood away from the genitals and at the time, draw the energy away from the genital nerves by shifting your mental focus to your spine, and thus your brain.

This method is as simple and complex as that. Squeezing and clenching can be tiresome, but it works.

Direct Instruction for the Big Draw method

  • Stand and pleasure yourself until you have a strong erection but well before you reach the point of no return (thirty seconds to a minute before you would otherwise ejaculate).
Stop stimulating yourself and rest for a moment to regain control. Then simultaneously contract your pc muscle firmly around your prostate gland and clamp your toes down on the floor.
  • Inhale and draw your sexual energy away from the perineum toward your anus and spine by squeezing your buttocks tightly.
  • As if you were pumping the brakes on a car, contract in waves the muscles from your anus up your spine, each time taking a short inhalation. Rocking your spine back and forth as if you were riding a horse will also help the energy to move up the spine.
  • As the energy reaches the base of your skull, make sure your chin is tucked in gently to help the energy move from the spine into your head.
  • Roll your eyes up as if you were looking at the top of your head, which will help bring the energy all the way up to the crown of your head. When you have pumped the energy up to the crown of your head, you have done one Big Draw. The state of your erection is a measure of how successfully you have been doing the Big Draw: as you draw the energy out of your genitals and up your spine, your erection should decrease.
  • Repeat steps 3 through 6 eight more times.
  • After you have pumped the energy up to the crown of your head nine times, use your mind, your eyes, and all your senses to spiral this creative sexual energy in your brain nine, eighteen, or thirty-six times, first in one direction, and then the other. When you have finished spiraling, rest for a while and experience the sensational feeling of energy in your brain, often felt as warmth and tingling, like a mini orgasm.
  • When you feel that your brain is full, touch your tongue to your palate and let the energy flow down the Front Channel from your brain first to between your eyebrows, then to your nose, throat, heart, and solar plexus, and finally to your navel, where it can be stored.

Try these methods with practice and caution while you travel your journey to better breath control, thus better ejaculation control.
